Keto Dry Rub Pork Ribs (1 Net Carb Per Serving!)

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

These ribs have a delicious dry rub that will compliment any sauce you want to add (or just eat it with the dry rub only!)

Did I mention there’s only 1 net carb per serving? Yep!

I absolutely LOVE BBQ! Ribs, brisket, pulled chicken… I love it all!

My favorite is ribs. I usually have them with some honey BBQ sauce, but after switching to a low carb diet, I’ve been having dry rub ribs (which are just as tasty!).

These ribs are juicy, tender, easy-to-make, and LESS THAN ONE NET CARB! I want to shout it from the rooftops!

If you’re on a keto or low carb diet (or really if you just love ribs), try this recipe AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! You won’t regret it! I promise this will be your new favorite way to have ribs.

You’re welcome.

Ingredients

You’ll need 4 pounds of bone-in pork ribs and the following spices:

  • Swerve brown sugar substitute
  • cumin
  • paprika
  • chili powder
  • garlic powder
  • celery salt
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • black pepper

Process

Preheat your oven and start creating the dry rub mix.

Mix all of the dry ingredients into a bowl.

Add the dry rub to the meal and make sure you coat BOTH sides of the ribs!

Next, you’re just going to bake the ribs until they’re cooked through (1hour and 15minutes should do it).

How to Customize This Recipe

I’m all about the customizations! If you feel aren’t feeling like ribs, this dry rub can be used on wings!

You can also make the dry rub mix in bulk to give as a gift or just so you have it on hand for later!

If you prefer using a sauce on your ribs, you can still use the dry rub as the recipe says but just add sauce to the ribs during the last half of cooking and add some sauce when it’s ready to serve!
