If you’re one of the rare people that have never heard of Denny’s (what the heck?!), it is a diner-style restaurant that specializes in pancakes, burgers, and shakes.

One of their most famous dishes is the Grand Slam – which is a breakfast combo that comes with two pancakes, two sausage links, two strips of bacon, and two eggs (cooked however you like).

  • T-Bone steak & Eggs w/ Hashbrowns – This is exactly what it sounds like, a T-Bone steak with eggs! It does come with hashbrowns and a choice of bread, but you can decline those and have a meal that’s less than 15 net carbs.
  • Slow-Cooked Pot Roast – This pot roast is less than 9 net carbs! It also has 2 side options, so you can choose a low carb side to go with it.
  • Omelette – There is a “build your own” omelette option, so you can choose all the low carb ingredients you want!
