This easy-to-make fruity fizzy drink is light and refreshing, and Instagram-worthy (I mean just LOOK at it!).
Drink, clink! Bottoms up to another 365 beautiful days! How will you be celebrating the new year?
I can’t wait to celebrate New Year’s Eve with family and friends. This is why I decided to whip up this super easy Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Drink. It’s bubbly, bright and full of sweetness. This mocktail is perfect for teens and tweens. Everyone deserves to give a toast on December 31st.
I think my favorite part to this drink is the pineapple juice that I mixed in. It gives it a nice kick to its bubbly counterparts.
The sky’s the limit with what fruits you could garnish on top of this Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Drink. I opted for some frozen mixed berries, but frozen cranberries would work really well, too.
You’ll only need 4 ingredients for this recipe:
- ginger ale
- sparkling water
- pineapple juice
- frozen fruit of your choice
This is totally easy to make, you will add the ginger ale, sparkling water, and pineapple juice into a bowl, and then you’ll add the mix to individual glasses/cups and then garnish with the frozen fruit!
- 2L ginger ale, chilled
- 1L sparkling water, chilled
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1-2 cups frozen fruit of your choice (some popular choices are frozen blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, etc.)
- Pour chilled ginger ale in a large punch bowl.
- Add sparkling water, followed by the pineapple juice. Stir.
- Use a ladle to pour in individual cups and serve with a
garnish of frozen fruits. Enjoy!
